This 90-minute interactive power point presentation given by Naturalist and educator, John Root, includes basic gardening tips for establishing perennial herbs, vines, shrubs, and trees that will yield abundant crops year after year throughout the growing season with minimal maintenance. Participants learn how to integrate the needs of plants, beneficial insects, and soil organisms using organic gardening techniques. Questions and comments are welcome throughout the presentation.
