Join NeighborWorks Blackstone River Valley's (NWBRV) HUD-approved counselors as they walk you through the home buying process in an accelerated manner.The Fast Track class is designed for people who either have a signed Purchase and Sales Agreement and/or an expired homebuyer-training certificate. The class is an eight-hour class that meets on two consecutive weeks for four hours per session. Sessions begin on the third Saturday of every month. The course covers topics from understanding a Purchase and Sales agreement to home maintenance planning.
