First Time Homebuyer Classes

Before, during the process, and after you have bought your own home, our homebuyer education courses can make things easier.

All courses are taught by HUD-approved counselors.

Basic Homebuyer Education Classes (6 week)

Begins 3/7/2011 - Ends 4/11/2011

These classes help potential homebuyers understand the complexities of purchasing and maintaining a home. Topics include becoming mortgage-ready, budgeting and saving, credit, down payment/closing cost assistance, and the necessary documentation for homeownership.

All courses and workshops are offered in English and Spanish.
