Laughter Club

There will be no awkward poses or strenuous exercises.  We will not be telling jokes. Sustained laughter is proven to lower blood pressure, lower stress hormones, relieve stress, tighten your abs, burn calories, relieve asthma symptoms, relieve chronic pain!

The mission of the Laughter Hours Laughter Club is to cultivate laughter, merriment, and playfulness in a group setting for the mutual joy and well being for our members!

Held inside the Meadows Community Room, the laughter club is led by certified laughter yoga leader Mary McDonald.  Class size is limited to the first 30 participants with plenty of on street parking.
