Neighbor Walks Kickoff Walk & Block Party

***Due to the inclement weather, the event will be held inside the Chaplin-Perez Center.***

Join NeighborWorks Blackstone River Valley and Thundermist Health Center as they kick off the Neighbor Walks program in Constitution Hill as part of the 100 Woonsocket Walkers Program.  The initiative encourages City residents to improve their health and well being by walking.  Neighbor Walks participants will meet each weekday to walk in Constitution Hill and are eligible to earn prizes for their participation.

Neighbor Walks is an initiative focused on improving health and building relationships amongst residents in the Constitution Hill neighborhood as part of the Our Neighborhoods Community Contract.  Partners like Thundermist Health Center and convening agency NeighborWorks Blackstone River Valley have worked with residents over the past few years to implement resident-led initiatives like this throughout the Constitution Hill, Fairmount, and Main Street neighborhoods.
