Laughter Yoga at Cumberland Public Library

This class will focus on using sustained, intentional laughter and deep yogi breathing to promote stress relief. You will learn to stay in the moment by using and strengthening your creative brain and bringing more oxygen to your bloodstream. You will use the five elements of joy--laughing, playing, singing, dancing, and gratitude to bring more joy to yourself and your loved ones. Enjoy deep, guided relaxation to end the hour.
