Locals Honored For Service At Massachusetts Retirement Community
Needham's North Hill holds annual celebration of service.

Four area residents were recognized recently for excellence, customer service and respect at an annual team member celebration at North Hill senior living community in Needham, MA.
All four joined North Hill in 1987 and were saluted for 25 years of service:

- Maria Hereth of Woonsocket is a Certified Home Health Aide.
- Paulette Chubka of Woonsocket is a Resident Janitor.
- Robert Raymond of North Smithfield is a Maintenance Technician.
- Patricia Connolly of Pascoag is a Housekeeping Manager.
The annual celebration honors team members for their embodiment of community values and for their longevity. In an industry where employee turnover is a critical issue, 33 percent of the North Hill team has been with the community for more than 10 years, 10 percent for more than 20.
“We are so grateful to these team members for their commitment to North Hill and the seniors who live in our community,” said Kevin Burke, CEO. “It is an honor to learn from and with such dedicated professionals.”
