Looking For Matt Phillips

Please Help. Matt Phillips has done 1000's of dollars of damage to my rental and owes back rent. He skipped town and left us with a mess. Dog urine was never cleaned up and it went through the floor upstairs to the down stairs ceiling. Dog urine and fesses through out the house. Will post pictures later. I have contacted his father Rep. Robert Phillips, but he refuses to let the local district magistrate know where his son is. He has threaten me with his power of being a Representative and getting RI district attorney involved. I have done nothing wrong. I just need to recoup the money that his son has owes me. I feel Representative Phillips feels that he is above the law. Please help. If you know where he is or where he works please inform the District Magistrate in Sayre Pa. #570-888-6324
