Robert Provoyeur
Robert N. "The Ace" Provoyeur 75, of Church St. died Monday at Landmark Medical Center. He was the husband of the late Pauline (Lussier) Provoyeur. Born in Woonsocket, a son of the late Gabriel and Florienne (St. Sauveur) Provoyeur, Robert lived most of his life in Cumberland before moving to Manville. He was a self employed painter, and owner of the Cumberland Paint Co. for over thirty years before retiring in 2001.
He is survived by three sons, Robert Provoyeur Jr. of Woonsocket, Steven Provoyeur and Gary Provoyeur and his wife Donna all of Cumberland, two daughters Patti Morrow and her husband Wayne of Concord, NH, and Aimee Crouse and her husband Jesse of Cranston, and eight grandchildren. He was also the brother of the late Gabriel Provoyeur Jr.

His funeral will be held Thursday at 10 a.m. in the , 99 Cumberland St. Woonsocket, with a service beginning at 11 a.m. in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Precious Blood Cemetery in Woonsocket. In lieu of flowers donations to National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. 2600 Network Blvd. Suite 300 Frisco, TX, 75034 in his memory would be appreciated.

Lucien E. Dube 90, formerly of Monty Ave., died Tuesday at Oakland Grove Health Care Center. He was the husband of the late Theresa (Roy) Dube. Born in Woonsocket, he was a son of the late Louis and Graziella (Chevalier) Dube. He served in the US Army during WWII. Lucien worked for Mine Safety Appliance Co. for twenty nine years before his retirement. He was a member of the St. Joseph Veteran's Club, and the YMCA Senior Fitness Club.
Lucien is survived by his sons, Robert Dube and his wife Diane of Blackstone, and Marcel Dube and his wife Donna of Cumberland, two grandchildren, Michael Dube and Jeanne Lubinsky, and three great grand children. He was also the brother of the late Herve and Sylvio Dube, and Evelyn Baril.
His funeral will be held Friday at 9 a.m. from the Fournier & Fournier Funeral Home, 463 South Main St. Woonsocket with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. in , Park Ave., Woonsocket. Burial will be held in St. Jean Baptiste Cemetery in Bellingham. Visiting Hours are Thursday 4-7 p.m.
