Obituary: Alfred J. Champagne Jr.

Alfred J. "Pete" Champagne Jr., 79, died Thursday at Landmark Medical Center. He was the husband of Jeannette (Proulx) Champagne. Born in Woonsocket he was the son of the late Alfred Sr. and Fabiola (Martin) Champagne. Pete worked as a custodian for North Smithfield High School for ten years before retiring fourteen years ago. Pete loved to travel and took many trips and cruises with his wife and close friends.

He was the brother of the late Roger Champagne.
