It will be celebrated with a Lighting of the Eternal Flame ceremony beginning at noon, followed by a formal site dedication with full military honors and a military flyover from 2 to 4 p.m.
The ceremony will also feature military equipment displays, including a 1,000-square-foot tented World War II museum and a rubber tank built in Woonsocket by the Soldiers of Production for General Patton's "Ghost Army."
