State Police Charge Woonsocket Man With Selling Drugs Near School
State Police said Jesus Rodriguez, 28, was charged with possession with intent to sell crack cocaine and possessing counterfeit money.

WOONSOCKET, RI — State Police charged a Woonsocket man with drug possession and drug distribution near a school on Wednesday. Police said Jesus Rodriguez, 28, was charged with possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine, possession of marijuana edibles, possession of counterfeit money and distribution of a controlled substance near a school.
A State Police High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Task Force investigation led to the arrest. Rodriguez was processed at the Lincoln Barracks, arraigned in Sixth District Court and held as a Superior Court violator.
