"The World Is Dancing" Closes Lyrics In Motion's Season

On Saturday, June 9, Lyrics In Motion dance studio proudly closed out it's first year with it's first annual ConfiDance Showcase, "The World Is Dancing".

The students made the studio's Owner and Artistic Director, Hilarie Viens, extremely proud, as all of their hard work and dedication payed off on stage! Ending the show with a finale of "We Are The World", as seen in the above picture, the studio got a well deserved standing ovation!

Lyrics In Motion not only focuses on correct technical training, but also it's unique morals and values program "Beyond The Movement." Due to this, using themes such as "The World Is Dancing" and "We Are The World", along with hosting four different community fundraisers, kept the students focused on working together, both as a studio, and within the community, and realizing the impact that they have on both.

The students efforts were humbly recognized, through the studio giving out four scholarships, six special awards, and every student walking away proudly with a trophy and their head held high. Congratulations to all on a successful, fun, and accomplished first year.
