Training Graduates Get Ready for the Workforce

Community Care Alliance recognized the achievements of nine individuals that graduated from CCA’s Administrative Office Management and Healthcare Reimbursement Specialist training programs on July 31st. Individuals completing the programs were George Banks, Robin Clifford, Nicole Haynes, Karen Jennings, Stephanie Palmer, Chelsea Smith, Danielle Swistak, Sandra Theus, and Carol Wilson.

Administrative Office Management training is a 10-week program that prepares graduates for careers as Administrative Assistants, Receptionists, and Customer Service Representatives. Healthcare Reimbursement Specialist training is a 10 week program that prepares graduates for careers as Medical Administrative Assistants, Health Information Technicians, Medical Billers, Bill and Account Collectors, and Medical Receptionists. Each program is designed with hands on instruction in a small classroom setting led by certified instructors and offers multiple national certifications. The training programs include job readiness, financial literacy and job placement assistance.
