Two From Woonsocket Part Of 15 State Police DUI Arrests
One woman was pulled over on Route 146 in Lincoln after police said she was speeding and almost struck a state police cruiser.

WOONSOCKET — Two people from Woonsocket were a part of 15 state police driving under the influence (DUI) arrests over Columbus Day weekend.
Victoria Robbins, 28 was pulled over Saturday on Route 146 in Lincoln after police said she was speeding and almost struck a state police cruiser while assisting a disabled driver.
Robbins was charged with a DUI with a blood alcohol level above .15. She was also cited for multiple speeding and traffic-related violations.

Donald Moore, age 28, of Woonsocket was charged with a DUI with an unknown blood alcohol level after police said around 12:40 a.m. Monday, he drove into a concrete barrier on Route 146 in Lincoln. He was treated at Miriam Hospital for non-life-threatening injuries and was charged after his release. Moore's blood alcohol level is pending a blood test.
He also was cited for driving a car with a cancelled registration, operating a motor vehicle without evidence of insurance, and lane violations.

"Anyone who chooses to drive under the influence of alcohol or drugs poses a tremendous risk to everyone on our roads," State Police Colonel Assumpico said in a statement addressing the 15 DUI arrests over the weekend. "We are fortunate that no deaths or serious injuries resulted from the alleged actions of these individuals."
