Woonsocket Harris Public Library to Host RI Library Day Events

The Harris Library, 303 Clinton Street Woonsocket, will be hosting events in celebration of RI Library Day on Saturday, April 8th. Events include the Classic 5 Jazz Quintet concert from 2-3 pm playing jazz, light rock,
Doo-wop and blues. This concert is free and open to all. The Spring Event in the Children's Department runs from 1-2 pm for ages 2-5 years and from 2:30-3:30 pm for ages 6-8 years. There will be balloons, face
painting, games, crafts, and Lego builders club. Call the Children's Room at 769-9044 x2 for ticket availability for the Spring Event. The Library will also participate in fine amnesty. Fine amnesty applies to current overdue library items that are returned on Saturday, April 8th.
