Woonsocket Elementary Schools


Monday:
    Breakfast:  French toast sticks w/wo syrup or blueberry muffin, assorted cold cereal, hot oatmeal, chilled fruit cup, orange juice, milk
    Lunch:  1-Chicken nuggets w/ peaches or 2-meatball sub, mandarin chicken salad, or sunny butter & jelly sandwich
    May select up to three:  Three bean salad, apple, chilled peaches and one milk

Tuesday:
    Breakfast:  Pancakes w/wo syrup or honey wheat English muffin, assorted cold cereal, hot oatmeal, chilled fruit cup, orange juice, milk
    Lunch:  1-American chop suey w/ Italian bread or 2-pancake bites w/ baked beans, mandarin chicken salad, or bologna & cheese sandwich
    May select up to three:  Spinach tossed salad w/ dressing, banana, chilled fruit cup and one milk

Wednesday:
    Breakfast:  Waffle sticks w/wo syrup or chocolate chip muffin, assorted cold cereal, hot oatmeal, banana, orange juice, milk
    Lunch:  1-Sweet & sour chicken stir fry over brown rice w/ fortune cookie or 2-cheesy breadsticks w/ pepperoni and marinara, mandarin chicken salad, or ham & cheese sandwich
    May select up to three:  Baby carrots w/wo dip, kiwi fruit, chilled fruit cup and one milk

Thursday:
    Breakfast:  Wheat bagel w/wo cream cheese or strawberry yogurt w/ graham crackers, assorted cold cereal, hot oatmeal, chilled fruit cup, orange juice, milk
    Lunch:  1-Baked potato w/ broccoli & cheese or 2-Fun on the Run, mandarin chicken salad, or turkey & cheese sandwich
    May select up to three:  Steamed broccoli, apple, chilled fruit cup and one milk

Friday:
    Breakfast:  Pancakes w/wo syrup or oat bran fruit muffin, assorted cold cereal, hot oatmeal, chilled fruit cup, orange juice, milk
    Lunch:  1- Ham, egg & cheese muffin or 2-chicken patty sandwich, mandarin chicken salad, or tuna boat
    May select up to three:  Cucumber slices w/wo dip, apple, mandarin oranges and one milk
