Woonsocket Elementary Schools

MONDAY:           NO SCHOOL        (Labor Day)

TUESDAY:

     Breakfast:  Pancakes w/wo syrup or Honey wheat English muffin, or assorted cold cereal, hot oatmeal, chilled fruit cup, orange juice, milk

     Lunch:  1 – Inside Out Tacos w/ toppings or 2 – chicken patty sandwich, chef salad, or sunny butter & jelly sandwich

     May select up to three:  Spicy rice & beans, apple, chilled fruit cup and one milk

WEDNESDAY:

     Breakfast:  Waffle sticks w/wo syrup or chocolate chip muffin, or assorted cold cereal, hot oatmeal, banana, orange juice, milk 

     Lunch:  1 – Macaroni & cheese w/ Italian bread or 2 – Italian sub, chef salad, or ham & cheese sandwich 

     May select up to three:  Tomato & green pepper salad, orange, chilled fruit cup and one milk

THURSDAY:

     Breakfast:  Wheat bagel w/wo cheese or yogurt parfait, or assorted cold cereal, hot oatmeal, chilled fruit, orange juice, milk 

     Lunch:  1 – Chicken brown rice bowl w/ vegetables or 2 – cheesy breadsticks w/ marinara and pepperoni, chef salad, or turkey & cheese sandwich

     May select up to three:  Spinach tossed salad w/ dressing, banana, chilled fruit and one milk

FRIDAY:                         (LUCKY TRAY DAY)

     Breakfast:  Pancakes w/wo syrup or oat bran fruit muffin, or assorted cold cereal, hot oatmeal, chilled fruit cup, orange juice, milk

     Lunch:  1 – French toast sticks 2/ ham slice or 2 – BBQ chicken sandwich, chef salad, or tuna boat

     May select up to three:  Creamy cole slaw, orange, chilled fruit cup and one milk
