Yoga for Stress Relief at Cumberland Public Library

Join Gabrielle DeFusco, an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher, and learn to move in new, fun ways and feel good, too! Yoga is a 6,000 year old mind-body practice that helps build strength and flexibility and improves posture, balance, self-esteem, and concentration, all while reducing stress and anxiety. No yoga experience necessary. Please bring a yoga mat and wear modest, comfortable clothing you can move in. Yoga is practiced barefoot for your safety.

Teens ages 13-18 welcome. Register online or call or visit the Reference Desk. Participants must pickup a form at the Reference Desk to be filled out and signed by their parent or guardian before attending the class.
