• ISP Roundup: 2 Missouri communities in line for faster internet speeds (bbcmag.com) — Construction has started on a new LiveOak Fiber network that will bring high-speed internet to more than 10,000 homes and businesses in Bluffton, breaking the town's reliance on a single dominant provider. Mayor Larry Toomer says the added competition should give residents, families, and small businesses better choices, with the first customers expected to be online by early 2027.
   

• South Carolina high school football schedule for Week 6 (greenvilleonline.com) — Bluffton football fans can circle Friday, Sept. 25, when Bluffton hosts Hilton Head in one of many SCHSL Week 6 matchups statewide. The full schedule lists dozens of games, including several involving nearby Lowcountry schools, helping local families plan their Friday night under the lights.
