The Tuesdays at Trident Academy Speaker Series will conclude its 2013 schedule on November 12 with a presentation on Tax Implications and Benefits for Special Needs Related Costs. Lynn Allen and Frank Frazier of Merrill Lynch will share how families can afford resources for a child with special needs. Neil Mellen will introduce the Educational Credit for Exceptional Needs Children which has paved the way for families to earn $10,000 grants to go towards a private school education for their child with special needs like dyslexia or autism. Jeff Davis of Palmetto Kids FIRST will conclude the discussion by providing more information about how to support and apply for the Educational Credit for Exceptional Needs Children.
