I am a frequent customer of Staples where I print various signs and labels for my photography business. I have found the people there to be very attentive and eager to help. Last week, while talking to the Printing Department Manager, he asked where I was setting up to sell my work. He offered to sign me up to set up inside their store. They would allow me to show my business to other customers. Since mine is more of an artistic photography, rather than studio work, my focus is on selling prints instead of selling studio portrait shoots. So, of course, I jumped at the chance.
Yesterday, less than a week since I signed up, I was contacted by the store coordinator. He offered me the opportunity to set up and show my business on Wednesday, June 6th from 11 am to 3 pm. They provide a table and a black table cloth and all you need to bring is your merchandise or pamphlet, etc. It is a free program for their customers.
If you have a business you would like to show to other Staples customers, contact management at the South Windermere location and get the details. It is not everyday that a business will offer you a free venue to promote your business. I applaud the management of Staples for providing me and other business owners this opportunity. I also applaud the Printing Department Manager for making this program known to me. When businesses show an interest in you growing your business, it certainly promotes loyalty to their store.
