Brunch lovers rejoice—all-day brunch restaurant Ruby Sunshine will debut in Charleston’s historic downtown this December. Opening at 171 E Bay Street, Ruby Sunshine will offer Big Easy twists on Southern brunch classics, including benedicts, pancakes and French Toast, as well as eye-opening cocktails.

The restaurant is the first of two Ruby Sunshine locations to open in Charleston. Ruby Sunshine is the latest concept from Ruby Slipper Restaurant Group, the hospitality group behind acclaimed New Orleans-based eatery Ruby Slipper Café. The second Charleston restaurant location, opening in 2022, will be located on Savannah Highway in West Ashley’s Avondale neighborhood.
