895 Island Park in Daniel Island was leased to ATCS, PLC an engineering firm. Peevy represented the landlord and Brady Dashiell of Cushman & Wakefield represented the tenant. He also represented the landlord in a lease to a GSA agency in an office building downtown Charleston.

“It is exciting to see new and renewed activity in the office leasing sector in Charleston,” commented Peevy. “Recovering from a stall caused by the pandemic, some key metrics still show an abnormally high amount of vacancy in certain submarkets. However, tenants are still active as they reposition their office needs post covid. It appears that the demand will continue, and we should see vacancy rates decrease over time.”
