Deliver amazing service and build sales tailored to each customer’s needs. Connect with multiple customers at a time, enabling the sales floor to run smoothly. Utilize knowledge and skills garnered from training (standard vs premium finishes, special order process, delivery options, etc). Ability to multi-task, jumping into any activity as needed to support the business (our day changes all the time—must be able to go with the flow and stay on top of tasks, communication is key). Create profiles during each transaction to increase customer loyalty.

What We Expect From You:

Friendly, helpful, and customer focused. An enthusiasm for interior design and an eye for style. Pride in your appearance and your store. Technologically savvy and detail orientated. A track record of working productively on a diverse team.

Requirements:

Speak confidently and communicate effectively. Process information and operate store systems accurately. Have a flexible availability – can work days, weekends, and holidays. Hours are 10-6 Monday thru Saturday, 12-5 Sunday. Must be able to work weekends. Can bend, reach, stretch as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds |18 kilos. Assist with maintaining store standards and processing (replenishing merchandise and keeping the store organized).
