The focus of Ayurveda is to bring the body back into a state of natural balance, by looking at the persons diet, exercise, stress level, environmental factors and personal relationships. The beautiful thing about Ayurveda, unlike most western forms of medicine, is that it treats the individual person, opposed to a one size fits all health plan. Incorporating aspects of Ayurveda into your daily life is sure to improve overall health and well being.
