Chris Lamb Book Signing

College of Charleston Communications Professor and author of multiple books, Chris Lamb will be signing copies of his works at Blue Bicycle Books at 420 King St. in Downtown Charleston form 1 - 3 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 25.

Most recently Lamb penned The Sound and Fury of Sarah Palin, a critical view of the former Republican Vice-presidential candidate, often using her own words. The work includes political cartoons lampooning the former Governor of Alaska drawn by 10 Pulitzer Prize winning cartoonists.

Lamb will also be signing copies of his book Conspiracy of Silence: The Long Campaign to Desegregate Baseball.

Lamb is also the author of I'll Be Sober in the Morning: Great Political Putdowns, Comebacks and Ripostes; Blackout: The Untold Story of Jackie Robinson's First Spring Training; Drawn to Extremes: The Use and Abuse of Editorial Cartoons; and Wry Harvest: An Anthology of Midwest Humor.
