Learn to create these savory and healthy recipes that work so well with our local ingredients. 
The evening’s menu includes: A Meze platter (appetizer plate): Tiropetes: cheese and phyllo pastries; zucchini, feta and pistachio fritters; marinated mushrooms; moussaka: the celebrated Greek dish of meat and eggplant with a sweet and spice tomato sauce. Two Greek wines will round out the dinner.
