
Join Lowcountry Local First's Eat Local program for the Introduction to Sustainable Agriculture Course. This course covers plant anatomy and physiology, basics of entomology, soils and soil physical properties, the development of US agriculture, and includes optional field trips.
Class will be held Monday evenings from 6:00pm - 8:30pm with optional field trips before class from 3:00pm - 5:00pm.
Course occurs weekly through May 14th.
