The Glass Onion will offer a four-course New Year's Eve Tasting Dinner featuring tastes of Italy but with Southern flair, such as South Carolina Clams au Gratin, Manchester Farms Quail with Benton “Prosciutto” and a Florida Orange Trifle. There also will be an optional wine pairing from the restaurant’s “green” wine list. Live jazz.
