The Glass Onion will host a tasting with Oregon winemaker Thomas Houseman of Anne Amie Winery, featuring three courses inspired by the wine. The courses will be available a la carte or as a prix fixe; wine will be sold by the glass and by the bottle. Anne Amie is a sustainable winery based in Willamette Valley that focuses on producing small amounts of pinot gris and pinot noir using environmentally friendly practices.
