Evan Guthrie Law Firm Talks About Legal Profession At James Island Middle School In Charleston, SC

Evan Guthrie, of Evan Guthrie Law Firm, located locally in Charleston, South Carolina helped James Island Middle School with his lecturing expertise. Attending the middle school on Friday March 14, 2014, Attorney Guthrie was extremely warmly welcomed by the students. The students engaged consisted of 6th, 7th, and 8th graders. The students gathered their lunch and came to the library to hear Attorney Guthrie speak. The lecture began by explaining simply to the students about legal careers. Attorney Guthrie worked diligently with the inquiring young students to answer all questions they had. Moving on he spoke of the process of becoming a lawyer, and the timeline of the process.

Even though some may be young the students greatly enjoyed the lecture and found the topics very interesting. The students replied almost immediately to every Attorney Guthrie spoke of with excited comments or questions. The students enjoyed having Attorney Guthrie volunteer his time to visit them during their lunch period. Attorney Guthrie was pleased to have the opportunity to visit and engage with these students. He thanks the James Island Middle School for a great day, and hopes to soon return.
