Evan Guthrie Law Firm Teaches Attorneys At Estate Planning Continuing Legal Education Event In Charleston, SC

Attorney Evan Guthrie of the Evan Guthrie Law Firm in Charleston, South Carolina spoke at a Continuing Legal Education program to lawyers in the Charleston, SC area as part of an event with National Business Institute. Hosted at The Town & Country Inn and Suits, the Trusts 101 Continuing Legal Education Event took place on the day of Friday January 31st, 2014. Attorneys in South Carolina must maintain at least 14 hours of Continuing Legal Education a year to keep their law license. Serving as a speaking representative, Attorney Guthrie spoke to numerous other Lawyers about Estate Planning.

He began his morning lecture with the answering of one of the most asked questions, “where to begin?” Although, this question may seem to present uncountable answers, Attorney Guthrie focused on a few aspects. Starting out, he gave an overview of trusts, continuing on to revocable living trusts. After conservation and inquires seized on those subjects, the lecture moved itself towards trusts used for tax reduction. A good portion of the lecture centered around aspects of trusts.

The second fraction of the lecture covered estate planning for the disabled. Attorney Guthrie took the listeners into an in-depth lecture of the topic, followed by great questions and comments. Attorney Guthrie enjoyed his day speaking to other Lawyers, and was grateful to be apart of the Trusts 101 Continuing Legal Education Event For the National Business Institute.
