Here are the top three stories in Charleston today:

  1. HBO's popular "The Righteous Gemstones" show is searching for extras for next week's filming in Charleston. The show will be filming a jungle scene on Wednesday, Nov. 2. Production will need 20 people to portray primitive tribal members during the scene. The pay rate for extras is $250 with a $25 raise for gas. Click to learn more. (ABC NEWS 4)
  2. Charleston Beer Week begins today. The popular event series will continue through Monday, Nov. 7 at participating locations throughout the Charleston area.   3. Charleston County will be hosting a free workshop on Probate Court's EZ-Filing System. The system implemented by Judge Condon is meant to allow citizens to file documents electronically.
