FrontDoor Communities Announces Executive Promotion in Charleston Division

CHARLESTON, SC — FrontDoor Communities is thrilled to announce the promotion of Mark Lipsmeyer to Division President – Charleston. Lipsmeyer has continually contributed to the builder’s growing presence in Charleston, which prompted the internal change.

Lipsmeyer will manage real estate acquisitions, development and asset management throughout South Carolina on behalf of FrontDoor Communities in his new role as Division President – Charleston.

Currently, Lipsmeyer is Council of American Building Officials (CABO) certified and holds a South Carolina Residential Builder’s License. He was a board member of the Charleston Trident Homebuilding Association, The Town of Mount Pleasant’s Workforce Housing Committee and the Home Builders Association of Greater Columbia. FrontDoor Communities is excited to see how Lipsmeyer increases its presence in Charleston.
