1. The North Charleston Police Department is hosting its Fun Fest Friday event in the Oak Terrace Preserve neighborhood. The event will be on Friday between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. at 5200 Lackawanna Boulevard. The event will feature free food, games, a jumping castle, raffles, and more. 2. The City of Charleston has announced the purchase of a $27,000 street vacuum. The device will be used to keep the city's downtown streets free of debris.
