1. After two days of heavy flooding in Charleston, the City is urging motorists to use caution when driving on the roadways, allow extra time for commuting, and take alternate routes to avoid areas of known flooding. High tide today is predicted to reach approximately 8.8 feet at 9:40 a.m. City crews are prepared to close any roadways that become impassable during any flooding. (City of Charleston)
2. Authorities have identified the woman who was fatally shot in a North Charleston road rage incident on Thursday as 32-year-old Christina Colon from Mt. Pleasant. Colon and a child were passengers in the vehicle of Austin Blayne Faltermeir, who became involved in an altercation with another driver, Parker Norman Gour, following a collision between them on I-26. Gour fired a gun into Faltermeir's vehicle, shooting and killing Colon. (Live 5 WCSC)
3. The annual Charleston Veterans Day Parade has been canceled today due to expected rain and flooding. (Live 5 WCSC)
