Well-known REALTOR® Linda Morse has joined K. Hovnanian® Homes, a division of Hovnanian Enterprises®, Inc. (NYSE:HOV), one of the top ten homebuilders in the U.S.
Linda, a long-time resident of the Moncks Corner area and a respected real estate professional who specializes in new home sales geared toward the 55+ market, is the Sales Consultant for K. Hovnanian’s® Four Seasons at Lakes of Cane Bay, the age-restricted community that is slated to open later in 2016.

Linda was introduced to residential real estate by her father-in-law, R. Harry Morse, a local builder and REALTOR®. “He owned his own company and was the first builder in the Trident area to create a new home subdivision. He mentored me in all aspects of the industry, including selling.
“After that, I managed a large lighting and appliance store where I worked closely with both builders and homeowners – I have experienced many sides of this industry,” notes Linda, who herself has mentored a variety of real estate professionals throughout her career and is an active member of the Charleston Board of REALTORS®.
