Full of flavor and great to eat, hearty greens are the bounty of early spring so go green with kale and even beet tops. Lettuces and salad greens are also rolling in. Join the cooking school staff for this “Go Green!” lunch. 1-hour class.

Menu: Salad with mixed Lettuces, Goat Cheese, Roasted Beets and Beet Tops and Green Goddess Dressing; Spinach Pasta with Hearty Greens, Sausage and Tang y Tomato Sauce; Lime Chess Pie with Pistachio Crust.
