  1. Parents who filed a motion to stop the Charleston County School District from enforcing a mask mandate are waiting to hear a judge's ruling. A judge heard arguments on the motion Thursday, which was filed by parents who have several children at schools in the district. The parents filed the motion this week seeking an emergency temporary injunction and restraining order against the district, which began enforcing the mask mandate earlier this week.   2. A Charleston County restaurant owner was arrested Friday for allegedly failing to report nearly $1 million in sales. Ross McRae Webb, 40, was arrested on four counts of tax evasion on Friday, the South Carolina Department of Revenue said. Their agents say, Webb, who is the owner of Ross Kitchens LLC, underreported sales by at least $997,265 and evaded paying more than $89,754 in state sales tax between 2018 and 2021.   3. The Charleston Police Department has released a list of road closures for the Cooper River Bridge Run today. (ABC NEWS 4)
