New Bees Ferry Apartments on This Week's Agendas

The City of Charleston's Technical Review Committee will be considering two West Ashley projects when it meets at 9 a.m. Thursday in the Planning Library, 3rd Floor, 75 Calhoun St.

First, they'll review intersection improvements at San Rittenberg Boulevard and Ashley River Road. The project is part of the county's Roadwise program. The committee will also review site plans for Verdier Pointe Apartments, a 288-unit development planned on 25 acres along Bees Ferry Road. See the agenda for more details.

The city's Board of Zoning Appeals — Site Design meeting only has one item on the agenda. They'll be weighing a request to remove one grand tree from a Carolina Bay lot. See the agenda for more details.
