Here are the top three stories in Charleston today:
- A shooting on New Year's Eve injured three people outside of North Charleston. An armed robbery took place on Tedder Street, leading to a shooting in a mobile home park. The victims sustained non-life-threatening wounds and were treated at the hospital. (ABC News 4)
- The 156th annual Emancipation Proclamation Parade was held in downtown Charleston. The grand marshal of the parade was 2020 Olympic Silver Medalist and Charleston Native, Raven Saunders. The parade benefited the Albert W. Hunt Education Scholarship Program. (WCSC)
