Obamacare -- If You Don't Like It, Fix It

So now that we've wasted thousands of dollars and stressed out individuals with furloughs and halted government services, maybe we can convince our legislators to work to make the Affordable Care Act better rather than keep trying to destroy it.

The complaints we've been hearing, when actually valid, should be addressed in a productive way.  The time our federal government has had to waste in defending the law, the cuts and delays to government services caused by sequestration and shutdown certainly played a part in the problems with the sign-up process.  And if there truly is reduced quality of care -- which remains to be seen -- we need to constructively address that too.

So we need to look to and support legislators that are working to improve this government program and not those whose sole purpose is to blast it out of existence.
