Woman accused of defrauding West Ashley resident over fake cancer treatments turned herself in Thursday

CHARLESTON - Brandi Michelle Reeves turned herself in to police about 11:45 a.m. Thursday at the home of the West Ashley woman she is accused of defrauding, according to a statement released by Charleston Police spokesperson Charles Francis.
