Scott: NLRB Officials Have 'Lost Their Marbles'

U.S. Rep. Tim Scott, R-Charleston, in a Friday hearing on unionization in Washington, D.C., said National Labor Relations Board officials have "lost their marbles."

Scott said the NLRB, which he said was established to mediate between employers and employees, was instead not acting impartially. He said the NLRB actions are threatening hundreds of jobs at the new Boeing plant in North Charleston.
