Mixson Market and Básico are proud to host chef Anne
Quatrano for a special lunch and book signing on Wednesday, March 5 to
celebrate the release of her debut cookbook, Summerland. The lunch will take
place on the patio at Básico, and Quatrano will prepare highlights from
Summerland, which showcases the inspiration behind Quatrano culinary programs
and creative processes. Tickets are $50 and include a signed copy of
Summerland. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Wholesome Wave South,
whose mission is to increase affordability and accessibility of fresh food to
all communities.
