St. John's Crossing on Johns Island

When fully developed, the neighborhood will feature just 70 cottage and Lowcountry homes with 3 to 4 bedrooms

Established in 2008, St. Johns Crossing is one of the newest subdivisions on Johns Island. Still growing, home buyers will find a mix of existing structures, new builds, and fresh new designs by Catalyst Builders, a division of Meridian Builders. Reminiscent of the homes of the fashionable Carol Oates community in Mt. Pleasant, these properties more affordable thanks to the lower cost of the land in this area.

When fully developed, the neighborhood will feature just 70 residences in cottage and Lowcountry styles with 21 distinctive 3 and 4 bedroom floor plans in sizes of 1,200 to 2,500 square feet. Offering features like 9-foot ceiling, 36-inch Birch cabinets, marble vanities and more, it is easy to find the perfect home to fit your needs.

Maybank Highway is just half a mile away, making it an easy 15 minute commute to downtown Charleston. James Island County Park, five miles from home, offers a variety of outdoor activities including miles of hiking and biking, volleyball court, grilling/picnic area, the state’s biggest climbing wall, kayak rentals, a dog park, and more. The park is also the home of The Splash Zone Waterpark. The Charleston Municipal Golf Course is less than four miles away to delight avid golfers. Angel Oak Elementary School, Haut Gap Middle School, and St. Johns High School provide neighborhood children with an exceptional education.
