Here are the top three stories in Charleston today:

1. The 16-year-old victim of a shooting that occurred on Friday on Forseman Street has been identified. The teen has been identified as Khamari Davis. Currently, no arrests have been made in the investigation. (ABC NEWS 4)
2. A former school board member's lawsuit against Charleston Coalition For Kids is moving forward. Kevin Hollingshead filed a lawsuit that alleges that the organization's police advertisements were defamatory. The advertisements used in 2020 were allegedly misleading and disparaging. An appeals court denied the lawsuit's dismissal. (ABC NEWS 4)
3. A severed Comcast fiber network line caused a widespread internet outage for a large portion of the Charleston peninsula. A contractor accidentally cut the line while working on Monday. The downtown area was predominately affected by the outage. (Charleston City Paper)
