- The Charleston Wine + Food Festival schedule has been released. The festival will have events throughout the Lowcountry from March 2 - 6. Multiple brunches, lunches, and dinners will be held at various restaurants each day, with special menus created specifically for the occasion. Tickets for all events go on sale tomorrow Oct. 21 at 11:00 a.m. (WCBD News 2)
- The Medical University of South Carolina is creating a display in memory of South Carolinians lost to domestic violence. The display will be set up in MUSC's Horseshoe at 171 Ashley Avenue and will be erected starting today at 9:30 a.m. This comes with October being Intimate Partner Violence Awareness Month, also known as Domestic Violence Awareness Month. - Sun Country Airlines is adding nonstop flights between Charleston and Minneapolis to its itinerary next spring. (Charleston Post Courier)
