The event will take place virtually on Oct. 27 at 11 a.m. and will be hosted by WCBD's Octavia Mitchell.   2. North Charleston's nonprofit, Second Chance Bikes is gearing up for the fall festival on Oct. 24. The nonprofit rehabilitates used bikes and gives them to people who need one for transportation. They also sell bikes and use the proceeds to continue their bike donations. (Charleston City Paper)
